Jason Beaman

Profile

Jason is a highly experienced Project Manager, with over 18 years’ experience in electrical engineering. He is a Senior Project Manager at Rowfield Commercial.

Jason completed his electrical engineering apprenticeship in 2008 and worked as an electrical engineer for 4 years. He joined the RAF in 2009, serving 7 years as an avionics technician and specialising on the Mk4 Chinook Helicopter. After leaving active service he spent 6 years in a management role at Jaguar Land Rover on prototype development of the latest Range Rover models. In recent years, Jason has specialised projects that involve development and construction of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Jason is also an experienced developer of Solar and BESS sites, with significant experience in managing the grid connection process including application, negotiation, design and construction. As a construction Project Manager, he has experienced BESS commissioned assets combined in excess of 400MW, and over 1.3GW of BESS/Solar developed for onward acquisition.

Academically, Jason holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Aerospace Engineering from the University of South Wales, as well an NVQ Extended Diploma Level 3 for Aeronautical Engineering from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering.
