Programme Management

Competent programme management is essential to any successful construction project. Programme submission and management is a cornerstone of the widely used NEC ECC standard form of contract.  In 2017, FIDIC released an update to its suite of contracts which raised the importance of maintaining the construction programme. Contractors must now submit programmes regularly, and there are penalties for late or poor-quality submissions.

All Rowfield’s Planning Engineers have construction or engineering backgrounds, and are either Incorporated Engineers (MICE) or Chartered Construction Managers (CIOB). They understand both construction logic and critical path, and are not just software operators. Therefore, we are able to provide engineering solutions when problems arise, realising cost efficiencies or generating additional float.

Our Planning Engineers are skilled in the practice of Earned Value Management and capable of using either Primavera (P6) or Asta Power Project. Rowfield can provide full-time, part-time, or piecemeal planning resource to match your requirements.
