Lauren is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience recruiting for both Client organisations and Tier One Main Contractors in the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector.

Lauren prides herself on supporting candidates throughout their careers and delivering exceptional service to her clients.

Prior to joining Rowfield, Lauren worked as a Consultant within the high voltage, telecoms, major infrastructure, and construction sectors. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of identifying high calibre professionals in the fields of Project Management, Commercial Management, Construction Planning and Project Design.

Lauren holds a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Buying and Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and horse-riding enthusiast, having competed locally.
