A robust development process is key to successfully managing a project from initial concept to completion of the asset. Most post-contract construction problems can be traced back to deficiencies in the project development phase.

Rowfield’s Development Engineers and Project Managers are experienced in the full range of pre-construction activities, including front-end engineering design (FEED), optioneering, surveys, planning and consents, design management and financial planning.

Rowfield’s Development Engineers are either Incorporated Engineers (IEng) or Charted Engineers (CEng) and members of a relevant professional institution. Our team has extensive experience in the development of major infrastructure projects, including electricity and gas transmission and distribution, energy storage, renewable energy, as well as water and rail.

We have experience and understanding of integrated network planning processes and have provided technical expertise for the strategic development of projects at a system level, working closely with our clients, key stakeholders, and regulators.

Our team excels in planning and executing the initial stages of a project, ensuring feasibility, and setting a solid foundation for success.
