Why Rowfield?

NEC Support Services

In 2016, a survey of nearly 1,000 UK construction businesses confirmed that the New Engineering Contract (NEC), Engineer and Construct Contract (ECC) was now the most popular procurement route for clients as it continued to increase its market share against other standard forms. Dispute Resolution

If you are in dispute with your employer, main contractor or subcontractor, we can manage this process on your behalf.  Our consultants practise all established Alternative Dispute Resolution methods in the UK, including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. From the outset, we will always seek to resolve your dispute in a highly professional manner designed to maintain your business relationships. With dual qualified consultants and years of dispute resolution experience, you receive value for money compared to....

Litigation, adjudication, arbitral and tribunal proceedings regularly hear evidence from Expert Witnesses. An expert’s overriding duty is to the tribunal in which the expert evidence is given. Part 35 of the Civil Procedural Rules sets out the conduct which Expert Witnesses must adhere to when giving evidence....
